A wedding…
It has been a busy few months with many things having passed!
In April myself and Sarah got married in the presence of family and close friends in a very intimate wedding on the farm amongst the pecan trees. With the wedding being a weekend event, guests camped in the orchards and a really special time was had.
Gearing up for harvest
As autumn gives way to winter we start to gear up into ‘Harvest Mode’. This really entails running checks on all the harvesting machines to make sure that when we begin at the end of June, everything is working fluently.
Tree shaking
There is much anticipation for the process of shaking the pecans off the trees this harvest.
