Production
The walnuts are being sourced from various geographies with full traceability till the farm gate. Then they are being shipped to Vietnam where they are processed in a HACCP and BRC certified production facility.
At the factory all the walnut kernels are passed through an inspection conveyor to be checked and to ensure zero foreign matter. After packing the cartons are passed through metal detectors to ensure no metal contamination.
The walnuts are hand cracked with utmost care and in a tightly controlled food safe environment so that we can deliver the best product to our customers.
Distribution
In our warehouse we still have limited availability of the current crop hand cracked of USA LH and Chile Combo, LH and ELH. Please ask us for a competitive quote, also on the new crop.
