Rhumveld Baltic started as Sildest OÜ in 1992, quite in the beginning of new independent era of Estonia. Sildest bought raw material from different traders and resold that in Estonia. Already then packaging facilities were built and strong snack brand called Kommi Asemel was launched in the home market. In time, the company started to expand its activities and offer private label packaging to other companies and look for customers at export markets. The company also started to look for stronger partnerships for supply of raw material and found Rhumveld in the Netherlands as a suitable partner.
We have production facilities for mixing of raw materials and private label packing of different types of retail packages. Our customers are brand owners and retailers who prefer to focus on product developmend and marketing and leave the sourcing and packing job to us. Our factory has three automatic packing lines which can produce 10-15 million package a year. We offer four types of packages: pillow bag, block bottom, quattro seal, and doy bag with zipper. Package weights range from 30 g to 1 kg.
